Use this journal sheet to plan out your week. Set three goals, a challenge for yourself and find a verse to help inspire and motivate you throughout the week. At the end, reflect back on what ten things you were grateful for. Watch just how much you can accomplish and realize the joy you can find in the moments you appreciate.
